London's weather is unpredictable. Even in light rain, the shooting will proceed; however, if the forecast indicates weather conditions to the extent that shooting is deemed impossible, such as precipitation exceeding 3mm per hour, I provide cancellation notice two days before the scheduled shoot. Changes to the shooting date due to weather can be discussed with the photographer up to one day before the shoot and are permissible for a single instance (no further changes allowed after the first alteration for any reason). Therefore, I recommend scheduling shoots with ample flexibility around the planned shooting date.

Due to the nature of shooting on location, I kindly ask for your understanding that I cannot provide separate storage for belongings to maintain focus on the shoot. On the day of the session, please carry only essential items, such as your phone, transportation pass, and cards. Excess baggage may increase the risk of theft or loss, for which I cannot assume responsibility.

For shoots lasting less than 2 hours, outfit changes are not feasible. If you require outfit changes, I recommend opting for a shoot duration of 2 hours or more, as on-site photography often makes such changes challenging. Please communicate any outfit change needs during the booking process.

If you are more than 20 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and rescheduling or refunds will not be possible. I strongly encourage you to plan your departure to arrive comfortably ahead of the scheduled session. If unforeseen circumstances prevent timely arrival, please contact me in advance.

I prioritise preserving the unique lighting and emotions in each photo by avoiding the use of presets. The meticulous editing process occurs on a Mac to ensure colour accuracy, so please view the photos on Apple devices for the most accurate assessment. Complaints regarding colour accuracy may not be fully addressable. I refrain from excessive retouching to convey the natural atmosphere and emotions captured on-site. Detailed retouching is limited to skin with no cosmetic alterations, such as reshaping facial features or bodies.

Given the variety of features offered by camera apps, meeting each client's preferences while keeping your appearance authentic can be challenging. Your understanding in this regard is greatly appreciated. Additionally, since the shoots occur in outdoor public spaces, other individuals may appear in the background.

Certain modifications are not feasible, including:

• Removal of surrounding individuals, objects, and clothing wrinkles
• Deletion or addition of hair
• Removal of correction devices
• Changes to lip colour
• Adjustments to each person's proportions in full shots
• Sky synthesis

Cancellation and refund requests are accepted only within three days of payment. Refunds are not available after this period. Please note that cancellations for personal reasons will not qualify for a refund of the reservation fee. I appreciate your careful consideration before making a reservation.
